New Enquiries
Do you have a project that would benefit from accessing routinely collected health data? Are you submitting a funding application that may benefit from WoS SH support? For new project enquiries about data access please contact us by email tell us about your proposed project including:
- Summary of the request
- What cohort and data types you need
- Any deadlines
Note for all cost requests we would request that you contact us a minimum of 10 working days to allow us to scope and cost the project.
Clinical Trial Support
We offer clinical trial support in the form of feasibility, cohort identification and follow up. To enquire about WoS SH support for a clinical trial include the following information:
- R&I number (if known)
- Trial name
- Type of support needed
Existing Projects
For all requests relating to an existing project contact us and include the WoS SH number (GSH) where possible.
Amendments to Projects
Do you need to make a change eg extend access, add or remove users, change the data? For all project changes you will need to submit an amendment request, depending on the nature of the request additional costs may apply.
Issues with Projects
Is there an issue with your project that you want support with eg data not as expected? Send us an email with a summary of the issues and we can work together to resolve them.
Output Requests
Have you requested an output? If you require an output urgently please contact us and provide an explanation. While we aim to review your output as quickly as possible please allow 5 working days from request to response, during busy or holiday periods please allow 10 working days. The team may have questions about your output and will be in touch if necessary.
