The Sandyford provides sexual, reproductive and emotional health services across Greater Glasgow and Clyde.

  • Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) testing for people with symptoms
  • Assessment for people who have recently been exposed to an STI
  • Testing for people who may be at higher risk of STI or HIV
  • PrEP services
  • Contraception
  • Abortion services
  • Young people’s clinics
  • Vasectomy
  • Archway
  • Free Condoms.

How to access emergency contraception

Most pharmacists will be able to supply emergency contraception under the NHS. Many also provide access to free condoms as part of a Board wide initiative.

If you think you have an infection or feel unwell call NHS 24 on 111.

When Sandyford is closed, but you need support

  • Call NHS 24 on 111 for advice
  • Many pharmacies can provide emergency contraception
  • Access PEP by attending your local Emergency Department.
