Team Talk - August 2025

In this edition of Team Talk, we talk about: Better Health - August is National Immunisation Awareness month and we are asking everyone to encourage patients, friends and family to help protect their children by attending childhood vaccinations; Better Care -Talk to your team about support available for improving reading, writing, numbers or digital skills — and signpost them to where they can get help; Better Care - When reviewing your iMatter action plan, discuss with your team how your actions can strengthen the PDP and Review process in your daily work; and Better Workplace - Encourage your staff to take part in the Team Talk survey to help us shape future editions and improve how we connect across the organisation.
