MFT Implementation Strategy
The delivery of the Moving Forward Together blueprint is dependent upon flexible, adaptable, and compliant estate and infrastructure, that is in the right place and aligned to service needs, and therefore an Implementation Strategy is required to consider the following three questions:
- How will NHSGGC deliver services to meet the Moving Forward Together vision of care closer to home, delivering improved outcomes, whilst supporting resilient workforce models?
- What does estate infrastructure need to look like in the medium and long term to support and enable the service transformation as per the Moving Forward Together vision and blueprint?
- Recognising that change will take time to implement, what is required in the short term to keep the infrastructure functioning?
The Moving Forward Together Implementation Strategy seeks to answer the above questions.
