Now that the last patients have moved out of Ward 36, RAH, the ward is closing. This redesign reflects our commitment to delivering more patient-centred models of care, supporting older people to remain at home wherever possible with enhanced community-based support.
We are grateful to colleagues from Renfrewshire HSCP and RAH acute teams who have worked together to support patients to receive care in the most appropriate setting and timely discharge to their home.
