NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is proud to support National Dental Nurses Day 2023 as we recognise the hard work and dedication of our dental staff.

Members off dental nursing staff across the organisation joined the nationwide celebration in highlighting the contributions our dental nurses make to oral healthcare.

The day that is celebrated annually on the 22nd of November, aims to showcase our talented dental nurses who continually go above and beyond to provide patients with the best possible patient centred care while continuing to promote positive oral health within our communities.

Lisa Dorrian,  General Manager at the Oral Health Directorate within NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde said: “Our dental nurses play a pivotal role in providing expert dental care across the health board and it is important to recognise the work they do.

“Their continued commitment is an integral part to the functioning of our dental services, and I would like to share my gratitude for their dedication.

“National Dental Nurses Day provides us with an opportunity to showcase our appreciation of this team of dental care professionals and their commitment towards positive oral health.”
