Make a complaint in British Sign Language (BSL)

If you are unhappy with care or treatment in hospital, you can contact the Complaints team by clicking on the “Connect to a BSL interpreter” button below.

We can help you write your complaint and give advice about where to get independent help. We are now working with Contact Scotland to help British Sign Language (BSL) users in NHSGGC. This Video Relay Service (VRS) allows hearing and Deaf people to communicate via the phone.

Please view the following videos before calling the Complaints line to ensure you have all the information you need.

How does it work?

When you click on the link below, you will be instantly connected with an interpreter.

Tell the interpreter that you would like to speak to NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde Complaints Department and that the phone number is 0141 201 4500.

The interpreter will relay the call to the Complaints team — you don’t need to do anything else.
