How We Support You
When you attend the Family Wellbeing Hub, you will meet our Health Improvement Senior, who will support you through a 1:1 Family Wellbeing Support Needs Assessment. This is:
- A safe, supportive space
- Led by you and what matters to your family
- A chance to talk openly about what is going on at home, school, or in your child’s life
- A place where you will be listened to without judgement
Together, we will:
- Explore your concerns, worries and strengths
- Understand your child’s needs in a neuroaffirming way
- Agree a support plan that feels right for you
You don’t need to have the “right words” — we will go at your pace.
