In this edition of Team Talk, we talk about: Better Health - Discuss with your team if they are heading abroad this year, they should check Fit for Travel for the latest advice around vaccinations; Better Care - Please discuss the importance of treating each other with kindness and respect and the impact this can have on colleagues; Better Value - Thank you to all staff who have helped us reach financial balance and encourage staff to continue making suggestions on how to make savings via our Working Smarter pages; and Better Workplace - Discuss with your staff the importance of them sharing their experiences and help shape change by filling out the iMatter survey. You should also discuss progress on your own team's iMatter report for 2024/2025.
