Team Talk - June 2025

In this edition of Team Talk, we talk about: Better Health - Discuss diabetes with your staff and ensure they know where to find information to know if they or a family member is at risk of developing Type 2 Diabetes; Better Value - Discuss and review with staff your waste management practices and procedures in preparation for upcoming Pre-Acceptance Audits and remove clinical waste from bins and non-clinical areas; Better Workplace - NHSGGC and our LGBTQ+ Staff Forum are celebrating Pride throughout June, let staff know where they can find out information on what sites the Forum will be visiting; and Better Workplace - Remind staff of the importance of PDP&R conversations, offering the chance to look back on their experiences, receive support from their manager and look ahead with purpose.
