Team Talk - December 2025

In this edition of Team Talk, we talk about: Better Workplace – Thank you to all staff for your hard work during our first System Reset. Your efforts have strengthened Unscheduled Care performance, reduced occupancy across sites, cut 12-hour waits, and stabilised flow despite rising flu pressures and ward closures; Better workplace – Discuss with your team the support available all year round through the Support and Information Service. This includes advice on benefits, energy, and housing, crisis support, and help with stopping smoking; Better Health – With flu season arriving early, please encourage any staff who have not yet received their vaccination to do so as soon as possible. Staff can attend any community clinic with their ID badge to receive their flu vaccination; and Better care – Please remind your staff about the importance of Quality Everyone Everywhere and encourage them to share their quality stories. Their experiences will help shape better care for everyone, everywhere.
