Data Protection Impact Assessment (PVG Expansion Programme)

This assessment explains how NHSGGC collects and uses your personal details for Disclosure Scotland’s PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) checks. These checks are now required by law for certain NHS roles. You’ll find out what details we need, how we keep your information safe, and what happens with your data after the checks are complete. This is part of our legal duty to protect patients and staff by making sure the right people are cleared to work in regulated roles.
