Certificate of Sponsorship - Candidate detail form

This form should be used by candidates who have been offered a place on the International Nursing Recruitment Programme to supply the Workforce Supply Unit with the details required to allow NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde to generate a Certificate of Sponsorship in support of your Health & Care Worker visa application.

Completed forms (and copies of your passport) should be sent directly to the Workforce Supply Unit at GGC.WorkforceSupply@ggc.scot.nhs.uk
