Grado, TV star and presenter of Scotland's Heart Breakfast radio show, set off today on a gruelling 400km charity handcycling challenge across Scotland. ![]()
He left Aberdeen for the ‘Granite to Glasgow Challenge' and journeys through Montrose, Dundee, Perth, Kirkcaldy, Edinburgh and Falkirk before arriving at Heart's HQ in Glasgow.![]()
And before he left, Grado dropped in on the Queen Elizabeth National Spinal Injuries Unit, where he met patients, staff and volunteers, and got a ton of inspiration for his trials ahead.![]()
