NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) runs wellbeing workshops designed to support women through the emotional journey of pregnancy, birth, and the postnatal period.Led by NHSGGC’s team of Specialist Perinatal Mental Health Midwives, the 90-minute sessions are available both in-person and online, offering flexible access to expert guidance and peer support.The workshops are part of a wider network of support provided by NHSGGC’s Maternity & Neonatal Psychological Interventions (MNPI) service and the Community Perinatal Mental Health Service (PMHS).In this video our specialist midwives explain what you can expect from the sessions.
