Getting home sooner made a real difference to patient Brian Miller.Thanks to our Patch and Go pathway, Brian was able to leave hospital earlier and continue to have his heart rhythm monitored using a small wearable patch.In this video, Brian shares his experience and explains how the pathway helped him continue his recovery at home.The technology was developed through the West of Scotland Innovation Hub and is now being used as part of our Virtual Hospital to help more people receive the care they need closer to home.Find out more about Patch and Go and watch Brian’s story here:
