Deputy Chief Executive
Biography
William Edwards was appointed as Deputy Chief Executive in May 2025 having held the role of Chief Operating Officer from January 2022.
Prior to this he was Director of eHealth and Digital services at NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde from July 2017, having been the Interim Director since November 2016.
He has held leadership roles at both local and national level since joining the NHS in June 1999. William is passionate about improving our services for the benefit of our both staff and patients.
