This month, Team Talk covers:
- Better Health - Tuesday 21 July marks Zero HIV Stigma Day. This is an opportunity to challenge misconceptions about HIV, raise awareness, and support our goal of ending new HIV transmissions by 2030. Please encourage staff to become HIV informed and learn more about providing inclusive, stigma-free care
- Better Care - The Person-Centred Care Standard and Measurement Framework will be launching soon. Teams are encouraged to consider how they currently evidence person-centred care, identify any gaps, and agree one practical action they can take ahead of the launch
- Better Workplace - NHSGGC Excellence Awards 2026 nominations are open. Please encourage staff to recognise colleagues, teams, projects, and programmes that are making a difference across NHSGGC
- Better Workplace - Staff can now use Copilot, NHSGGC's approved artificial intelligence tool, to create first drafts of PowerPoint presentations quickly and efficiently. Teams interested in seeing Copilot in action can arrange a demonstration session.
