Please meet our newly qualified nurses at the Queen Elizabeth National Spinal Injuries Unit – a service based at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital that looks after people from all over Scotland who suffer spinal injury through trauma or illness.Mary Hannah, Spinal Education Nurse at NHSGGC, said: "I'd like to welcome our new nurses to the National Spinal Injuries Unit. They're already settling in and making a significant contribution. "Caring for patients here can be challenging, but to be able to help change the lives of patients who have suffered life-changing injuries or illness brings huge rewards.
