Director of Finance
Biography
Mark was appointed Director of Finance of the NHS Board from 1st April 2015.
A qualified Chartered Accountant (CPFA), Mark joined the Board from PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he served as a Director in the Scottish Risk Assurance Practice.
Mark spent 15 years providing audit and advisory services to a wide range of Public Sector bodies. Over this time he worked with almost every Health Board in Scotland, overseeing some significant projects to improve performance reporting, cost reduction and financial governance and controls.
Mark is a member of the CIPFA Scotland Executive Board.
